Usage: Mix 1 sachet of powder in 500 ml of drinking water and sip the resulting solution during and/or after training (physical exertion). Use with caution if you are hypersensitive (allergic) to the ingredients or shellfish products. Adults and children over 12 years of age should take 1 sachet per day. To maintain endurance and improve water absorption (absorption) during long-term endurance exercise, take 2 sachets per day, dissolved in 500 ml of drinking water.
For adults: One package is enough for 14 days.
