Usage: Mix the powder in 1 sachet in water (200-500 ml), preferably in a blender, wait a while until it dissolves (contains only active ingredients, without any additives, including solvents). Drink the resulting solution before training (physical exertion) and/or after training (physical exertion). Take 1-2 sachets per day.
For adults: One package is enough for 28 days.
