Usage: pour 200 ml of water or juice into a glass, add the entire contents of the sachet. Shake or stir so that the powder is evenly distributed in the liquid. Adults should drink 100 ml of the prepared solution per day. Place the remaining solution in the refrigerator (2-8 °C). Consume the solution within 48 hours. Shake or stir the solution before subsequent uses. Use with caution if you are hypersensitive (allergic) to any component. It can be used without interruption for up to 3 months.

For adults: One package is enough for 56 days.

Selenium was discovered as an impurity in sulfuric acid more than 200 years ago (1817) by the Swedish chemist Jöns Jacob Berzelius. While preparing sulfuric acid, the chemist noticed a precipitate in the mixture, initially thinking that the already discovered element Tellurium had not been noticed. However, upon further investigation, he realized after a moment that it was a completely new, yet undiscovered trace element. The scientist decided to name the trace element Selènè (/sɪˈliːniː/; Greek: Σελήνη, “Moon”) in honor of the moon goddess of Greek mythology. The goddess Selene was associated with the Moon, the sky, night, and light.

Selenium (Se) is an essential trace element required for the normal functioning of the human body's systems, especially the nervous, immune, reproductive, and cardiovascular systems.
