Usage: Mix 1 packet of powder in a glass (100-200ml) of water/juice (room temperature). Drink the resulting solution 1 glass for adults, ½ glass for children 2-12 years old per day, after meals.  

For adults: One package is enough for 50 days.

For children: One package is enough for 100 days.
