Magnesium citrate – 3000 mg (of which magnesium 474 mg)

Inulin – 3000 mg

Senna leaf extract – 50 mg

Rhubarb root extract – 25 mg

Package contains 7 packets.

Usage: add water or juice to a glass (200 ml) (pour the liquid first), pour the contents of 1 sachet into the glass, stir. Take in the morning on an empty stomach. Adults should drink 200 ml, children 2-12 years old 100 ml of the prepared solution. Store the remaining solution in the refrigerator, stir before use, and consume within 48 hours. For other amounts, consult a doctor or pharmacist.

For adults: One package is enough for 7 days.

For children: One package is enough for 14 days.
