Usage: Add water or other drink (50 - 200 ml), pour the contents of the sachet into a glass, stir and drink. The powder is intended for dissolving in drinks (coffee, tea) and adding to food (yogurt, porridge, soups, salads, etc.). Does not change the taste of drinks or food. Adults and children from 3 years of age take 1 sachet or more as needed.

Inulin is a naturally occurring soluble dietary fiber that is resistant to stomach acids, so it enters the large intestine undigested, where it is fermented and converted into a jelly-like consistency. Fiber is abundant in wheat, oat, and barley bran. The highest levels of inulin are found in vegetables such as chicory root (chicory) or Jerusalem artichoke.
