Usage:  add the powder to a glass (150-300 ml) of water or juice and stir. Take 2 sachets per day, during (or after) a meal. It is recommended to use the food supplement for up to 3 months. 

TIP: The product contains only natural active ingredients and does not contain additives that improve solubility, so for better solubility, add the powder to water in a thin stream while stirring evenly.
