Usage: Adults are recommended to take 1 sachet per day. Children aged 6 to 12 years – half a sachet per day. The powder can be added to food (porridge, yogurt, etc.). Adults should take 1 sachet, and children from 6 to 12 years old - 1/2 sachet per day, before or after meals.

For adults: One package is enough for 30 days.

For children: One package is enough for 60 days.
