Usage: Take 1/2 sachet per day during meals (not recommended on an empty stomach). Take a 2-day break every 5 days. Recommended use for up to 3 months. The contents of 1/2 sachet can be poured directly into the mouth or mixed in water/juice (200 ml) and drunk.

1/2 packet sharing tip: pour the entire packet of powder into a glass of water/juice and after mixing, drink half of the glass, and the rest the next day.

For adults: One package is enough for 30 days.
