Usage: ATLANT dietary supplement should be taken 1 sachet per day with or after meals. Mix the contents of the sachet in water/juice (200ml) and drink the resulting solution. Can be added to cocktails.

Vitamin C helps maintain normal collagen formation, which is necessary for normal cartilage function, bone function and skin function.
Calcium is needed to maintain normal bones and teeth.
