Usage: add the contents of one sachet to a glass (200 ml) of water or juice and stir. Take 1 sachet per day, during (or after) a meal. Use with caution if you are hypersensitive (allergic) to the ingredients or shellfish products. For a different amount to be used, we recommend consulting a doctor or pharmacist. It is recommended to use the food supplement for up to 3 months.
