Usage:   Dissolve 1-2 sachets in 150-300ml of water and drink. The electrolyte-enriched water in a drinking bottle can be sipped throughout the day. In case of greater need (increased physical activity, high air temperature, etc.), 2 sachets can be consumed per day.

For adults: One package is enough for 5-10 Days

For children: One package is enough for 10 Days
